NOGI, also known as grappling, is the gi-less variation of the highly effective martial arts Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). It is often considered as the more dynamic and physical martial art form in comparison to traditional BJJ, requiring just as much precision in the moves as the latter.

Utilising strong grips, throws, control holds, escapes, chokes and joint locks;  NOGI teaches men, women and children the effective use of leverage and balance to overcome bigger and stronger attackers. The efficiency of grappling in a real fight situation also makes it an essential element in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
