BJJ’s emphasis on grappling means that your little ones can focus on learning the basic moves of BJJ in a safe environment under the guidance of championship-winning coaches. The childrens curriculum is also developed with the guidance of early childhood experts to ensure that it is tailored to the unique learning capabilities of each age group. 


Kids participating in the competition class will also get to train multiple times per week.




Little ones in the Babybolos (4-6yo) will be encouraged to develop and practice their physical skills through play. They will also get to nurture key social and emotional skills while engaging in activities that require cooperation, self-awareness, and communication with peers.  

Lil Champions 


Older kids in the Lil’ Champion class (6-8yo) will have a chance to build up their stamina and endurance while developing fine and gross motor skills, spatial awareness, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and sport preparation.

 Teen Warriors 


Tailored for Kids aged 9-14yo, those in the Teen Warriors class will focus on the precision and the detailed execution of the techniques while building their core stamina and strength.
